01The service
We prepare tender responses for you. That includes analysing the tender requirements, organising your evidence against them, drafting responses from your information and assembling the response documents into a package for your review.
A done-for-you service. You don’t buy access to software or write the response yourself — you receive a prepared deliverable to check, complete and approve.
Structured requests for tender, quotation or proposal from established Australian businesses — for example in construction and trades, facilities and property maintenance, engineering and technical services, infrastructure and professional services. Suitability depends on each tender’s requirements, your evidence, the deadline and the scope needed.
We can assess both. Government procurement and commercial tenders differ in format and process, so each opportunity is reviewed individually.
02Cost and timing
Fees depend on the size and complexity of the tender and the scope of work. They’re determined after the assessment and confirmed in a proposal before any work begins.
It depends on the tender and how much time remains before closing. We assess each deadline individually and will tell you what can realistically be prepared — we don’t promise fixed turnaround times.
No. The initial assessment doesn’t create a paid engagement. Any engagement proceeds only after scope, fees and terms have been agreed with you.
We review the opportunity, its requirements and the deadline. If it suits our service, we contact you to discuss scope, what we’d need from you and proposed fees. If it isn’t suitable, we’ll let you know.
03Information
For the initial assessment, only basic details: your business, the opportunity, the buyer and the closing date. If we proceed, we’ll tell you exactly which company information and evidence the tender requires.
We identify it rather than invent it. Missing evidence, unclear requirements and decisions only you can make go on an open-items list and come back to you.
Please don’t send confidential tender documents through the initial assessment form. If an engagement proceeds, information is exchanged through an appropriate intake process agreed with you, and used only to prepare your response.
04Review and responsibility
Yes. Our service is designed around AI-assisted workflows for requirements analysis, evidence organisation, initial drafting and document assembly. AI-generated material must be checked against supporting evidence: a person reviews the drafted material, missing evidence is flagged rather than invented, and you approve everything before you submit. You’re buying a prepared package, not access to software.
Yes. Human review is a core part of our intended delivery process. Prepared responses are reviewed for completeness, consistency and open items before they reach you.
No. You review the package, verify the facts, complete pricing and declarations, approve it and submit it to the buyer yourself.
No. We can’t guarantee success, award, eligibility or compliance. Outcomes depend on the buyer’s evaluation, your offer and factors outside our control.

Still have a question?
Submit a short assessment. We’ll review your opportunity and answer anything specific to it.
Please keep confidential tender documents out of the initial form.
